Hi, I just wanted to let you know that a good friend of mine passed away this morning, Gayle Helterbrand.

He spent his life playing and reading about checkers, and traveled to all the tournaments he could.

He is from Cabool, Missouri and the funeral will be there Tuesday. I thought you might be able to pass this information on to all his friends, thank you, Terry

Hello all, We have sad news to bring to you. Gayle passed away from pneumonia and heart failure about 9:00 this morning in Texas County Memorial Hospital . I was with him, as were our daughter, Deanna, and grandson, Dustin, and he went peacefully.

The funeral service will be at First Baptist Church , Cabool, on Tuesday, October 16^th, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation preceding at 10:00 a.m. Gayle will be buried at Cabool Cemetery .
